How do I know which style of massage is for me?
On your first consultation your therapist will discuss your health and physical condition and work out a treatment plan tailored to suit your individual needs. Your therapist will discuss the various styles of massage and tools available for your treatment.
How much pressure do I need?
Once your therapist has warmed up your body, they will check in with you to find your preferred level of pressure. The therapist will then adjust the pressure accordingly throughout the massage to make sure your comfort level is always met.
How long should my session be?
A 30 to 45 minute treatment is ideal for targeting a specific area of the body. For example the legs or back, neck and shoulders.
A 60 minute treatment allows time to focus remedially on several problem areas or perfect for a full body relaxation massage.
A 90 minute treatment is perfect for an all over massage. This enables you to have each body area worked on thoroughly, focusing on problem areas as needed.
If you’re not sure how long a session you require, please contact us and we can assist you.
